Introduce a milder Dark theme
I am unable to use the current dark theme because the colours are too much straining for the eyes. I request you to add a milder dark theme in addition to the current dark theme. I love the light and tan themes (especially the light theme with different color schemes looks soo beautiful).
Here is a demo wiki.
Could you be more specific on what bothers you and/or what adjustments you'd prefer?
In the meantime, could you try turning down your monitor's contrast (and brightness) levels to see if that helps? My monitor's lighting is on the dim side; that might have skewed the theme's settings...

I was not able to use the captivate dark palette while I was fine with the other dark palettes as shown in my demo wiki. It was giving strain to my eyes.

Adjusting the brightness made things better. I will have to use it more to give a detailed feedback. Thanks for responding and also for creating such a beautiful theme for TW. I always prefer to you the capivate light palette with the various colour schemes in the theme tweaks sections
Do you have an older version of captivate available online for comparison with the current one ?
Hi @arunnbabu81,
I've updated the source and the demo with reduced foreground and background contrast. Let me know if it works for you.
After you update the theme, you'll need to temporary switch to another color scheme and then switch back to truly refresh the palettes.

This works better for me. Thank you. Let me use it for a week before giving the final feedback.
