Smooth out temp reading or add 1s wait before spin up fan

I'm using zcfan on X1 Carbon Gen 12. It has been great so far except that sometimes some (1 or 2) of the CPU cores could suddenly spike to 80 when every other core is at around 55~60. This spike disappears after a brief moment, usually less than 1 second.

I used watch -n 0.5 sensors to monitor the readings for a while today, and confirmed this behavior. This could lead to zcfan spinning up the fan on and off.

I see people mentioning this in several previous issues. Wondering if adding a smooth-out on temperature reading or a brief delay could alleviate this problem?
