Reopening this issue because we are still seeing this error

@sgoggins we have augur off right now to let things recover a bit from the mass of logs. Will run this once its back up

@sgoggins back up but no insert_facade_contributors tasks have run yet, ill keep my eye on it

@sgoggins @Ulincsys mentioned that he believes this is caused by facade not using the key rotation system core and secondary does

@sgoggins is this expected to be fixed by the new release?
