document an example in readme for how to do live lookup with oidc

#182 helps unblock users who are doing live lookup with their oidc role during the synth job. It still requires an additional preBuildStep from the user to allow this feature. This should be an example in the readme along with some language on why live lookups are discouraged. See #174 for additional details.
