Chart section does not show, nor any values in table view

When i open openhab and go to peristence and select a item and then hit update, nothing happens. I have understood that a graph should display here? I'm using the latest version of OpenHAB and HABmin. What im trying to display is a Fibaro WallPlug using the z-wave binding. That includes device state (on/off), power consumption in Watt and a total kWh ammount. Im using MySQL to do the logging.
