IPv6-only pool does not appear to function

I was unable to mine with a pool hostname that only resolved to an IPv6 address.

I'm not aware of anything in the proxy that would prevent IPv6 pools from working. My initial guess is that this is a PHP limitation or network configuration problem. This needs to be investigated.
