Could you add Localization support so it would be possible to translate to other languages too?

Is there a 'phrasebook' functionality in Weblate?

Can English monoglot developers see a list of already translated phrases that help them to use standardized labeling?

And, can it be used to help identify existing places NOT using a preferred label? This could help relabeling in existing code to reduce redundancies in the phrasebook.

It might also be helpful in shaping the wiki.

@avma I think most of what is needed should be there, I have been doing my best to set things up for that eventually. This is all still a work in progress.

@emyoulation When I get to it I will review with an eye toward reducing what translation work is needed where I can.

But I am unfamiliar with Weblate and am hoping that @avma can help document some guidelines to be added to the wiki.

I expect English monoglot developers are more likely to be completely unfamiliar with translation tools too. So we need to build some introductory material to help them design for translation.
