Can logging be aware of GPR registered status?

Can the optimization data collected to the console recognize a status? On "STABLE" status, suppress echoing the optimizations values, just the errors. Only do the full echo on status of "UNSTABLE"

Also, to take advantage of this, you'd probably have to make the Status=UNSTABLE on the all the GPRs
