Could you generate a list (PO ?) of the GUI labels, tooltips & other phrases that will be translation-ready for use with weblate?

Perhaps I could do multiple pass harmonization:

1. internal consistency: Find redundant phrasings that are slightly different for the same elements.
2. external consistency: Mark phrases that already exist as Weblate strings. Mark phrases where existing synonymous Weblate strings could be used.

I do need to sit and review the developer docs on translations and start working on preparing to fold this into the addons source. I think this will come out of that.

I suspect that enlisting a Gramps translation contributor (using Weblate & another doing MediaWiki content) would be beneficial.

The changeover to Weblate only occurred this year. The translation workflow documentation is certain to be outdated & full of conflicting legacy process.
