NVENCC Allow add more options for enconding command

Hello. Thanks very for reading that topic. When using NVENCC in tab raw commands is showed the command to be used in enconding. FastFlix lack some nvencc commands. Please consider add an option in tab raw command allow the user add more settings in the enconding command.
