A switch determining English/local language in log output

I think keeping them English may help sharing logs in issues. For example if I paste a log there with Chinese output in it, you and many others won't understand it.

I'm thinking what may be best is for those to include both. So the user knows what the error says, but that I can also debug it easy enough.

This may looks too verbose. Let's just leave it as what it is for now.

Or is it a good idea to add a switch controlling which language (English or local) to use in logging?
