I've ported your extension to Firefox (more or less to see if it would work). I got it running, works like a charm. But as its still you who did the most work, i want to know if you want to also create a repo with it or if i should just fork and keep it myself (with link attribution of curse!).

Ok, coool! 😀 Also, the one you linked was lastly updated in 2014 and so, it probably won't work in future versions of firefox as mozilla drops support for extensions not developed with the new webextension API...

FWIW I was able to load this extension as-is in Firefox 75 from master just now.
