Define abbreviations for all event types

To make it easy to mention event types, both in written text and in graphics, it would be beneficial to define abbreviations for each of the CDEvents event types.

Example: RepCr - Repository Created Event ChaRe - Change Reviewed Event BuiSt - Build Started Event ArtPa - Artifact Packaged Event etc
