Remove boost (BH) dependency

BH is only minimally used for such a large package. It shouldn't be necessary.

This is currently needed for the solvers such as qr and svd. However, these are still apparently experimental. May simply omit these solvers from this package and save for an extension in the future. Also can potentially refer to the alternate gpuRclmagma (OpenCL) and gpuRmagma (CUDA - yet to be created) packages for these linear algebra solvers.
