Quarto offers https://quarto.org/docs/download/_download.json maybe better to use it instead of the github issues. But maybe no advantage.

From discussion in https://github.com/yihui/tinytex-releases/pull/20#discussion_r723265793 this could be a wrong idea. It seems it has not caused issue (yet) but maybe it would be better to use a fix file name...
