when getting Termonad from nixpkgs, recommend users use `termonad` instead of `termonad-with-packages`

I sent a PR adding a top-level termonad key to nixpkgs: https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/136350

Once the next version of NixOS is released (probably 21.11), I'd like to update the Termonad README to recommend users use termonad instead of termonad-with-packages when geting Termonad from nixpkgs.

I might turn termonad-with-packages into a deprecated alias for termonad.
