use this one @gabrieljreed new UI Info Suite it worked on me and compatible on SMAPI 3.13.2

Also getting this message with SMAPI 3.13.4, launching with no other mods.

I suggest you to downgrade the SMAPI version to 3.13.2 that still compatible with new version of Stardew Valley 1.5.6
