Location of gapfill outputs

Hello ,

I was finally able to run the gapfill method in carveme but im curious to know where are the output files located. I already have the output model because i specified the location in the command line but for the annotation tsv file i have no clue .

this is the command i used : gapfill GEM/models/curated_gramneg_updated_Biomass_equation.sbml -m SF -o GEM/models/gapfilled_BE.xml
