Hidden universe?

Hello!

first, thanks for creating carveMe. It's my favorite metabolic network creator, it's simple to use and the user can easily make the desired modifications (universe, media, experimental data, etc ...).

That said, I've created my own crazy universe file where the metabolite ribflv_c has the formula "C17H20N4O6". Upon creating a network with the comand lie: carve protein.faa --universe-file crazy.xml.gz -g cim -i M9 --mediadb media.tsv When inspecting the created network with MEMOTE and cobrapy, I've noticed some unbalanced reactions and that's because the ribflv_c metabolite has a formula of "C17H19N4O6" (One less hydrogen).

Is there any hidden universe used by CarveMe? If yes, how could I block it and only use my own?
