Injecting environment variables via `Command`?

I don't think there's any reason beyond it being additional work to implement while not being necessary to make environment variables work (you can still set them).

License the `docker-rust` repository under MIT/Apache-2.0 dual license

I license my contributions to the `rust-lang/docker-rust` and `rust-lang/docker-rust-nightly` repositories under the dual MIT/Apache-2.0 license, allowing licensees to chose either at their option.
