"Options, custom study, Description" not seen in full screen

Unless this is just on my device (win 10 YogaC940) It seems that you are not able to see the bottom "Options, custom study, Description"-row when in full screen and choosing a deck.

when you exit the full screen mode (also sometimes without having entered it at all) you do not see the bottom answer bar. Maybe this is something I could fix in the settings? image
