Why should this exchange be implemented?

I coudn't find any documentation for the india version of the delta. I pasted the API docs for the Delta (non indian version) in the url section. This is one of the emerging exchanges in india because the binance is beign banned or issues occurs from time to tim due to the law and the govt order changes. It would be a great support to provide an API for this too
