automatic processing tools for map.fld file

Hi, is there any tool for automatic processing of map.fld file generated from receptor? If I want to prepare multiple proteins, such as proteins from pdbbind, manual processing is very tedious. Looking forward to your reply.

The .fld files are certainly text files and some automation could be provided by using Bash scripting in conjunction with sed and awk.

Could you kindly provide a use case that you want to solve through automation? What is the current input file you are taking and what are the output variations you are waiting to achieve so we could have a better description of the problem to solve?
