MidiOut is broken in current release yet fixed on 0e877eae1391016d3d2556367ceecf6915954b88

There hasn't been a release for a while, but the current release suffers from a really annoying midiout crash, drasticly limiting the use of chuck with midiout.

I think that once some pretty big changes that we're working on right now are ready, we'll have a major version release. I'm not sure exactly when that will be, but I hope it will be in the next few months!
