Add support for Cubieboard (A10)

This adds support for the Cubieboard, which is based on an Allwinner A10. Maybe you want to merge it into your master branch. Regards

Thanks. I'll test this and if the build goes well, I'll merge it. One thing though: are you willing to help me with testing every release? I don't own a Cubieboard (or any A10-based board for that matter) and I need someone to test the build every now and then.

I do not have a private motionpie setup (until now), but use the Cubieboard for office room surveillance in productive environment at another place. It's up now for 2 days :p So if this stays stable, i will update this system not that often... But I have some other A10 and A20 based devices (Mele A100, Mele A2000 and Cubieboard2) and can use them for testing your releases (and pull request them if you want) if I have the time to set up or use it in my own environment. But i can't promise that I will do periodically .. With upstream kernel there is not much difference in the whole group of A10 or A20 devices. I jumped to the Cubieboard, because i didn't get a RPI B (256MB) work stable. After 2 days it ran out of memory, even with 32MB GPU... I did not have the time to find the issue... And you can feel the speed up with the Cubieboard. Thanks for this nice piece of software btw.

Since MotionPie has been discontinued in favor of MotionEyeOS, this should be closed and a new pull request opened against https://github.com/ccrisan/motioneyeos if it is still relevant.
