Adding Globalization features example code

Updating code inline with current features available with PhoneGap 3.0

Also included an example config.xml file with features and plugins for PhoneGap build.

Tested on iPhone iOS7 and Android. Not installing properly on iPad iOS7 due to PGB not yet having full support for iOS7.
