Will Not Navigate to Employee Detail

I have build the app with PhoneGap Build and Xcode. I can not get pass the initial Employee Listing. I am using jsonp for storage and the initial search comes up perfectly fine. On my local machine it works fine because I have added it to IIS. I can not get it to work on the device.
