Not Current version of bootstrap

So I see that this uses bootsrap version 2.0.1 while 2.3.1 is out. I'm new to ruby gem creation, is that an easy fix by updating the constat? It would be nice to use the latest version. I have seen that sass-twitter-bootsrrap uses version 2.3.1.
