Having an issue with icetk dep on protobuf

ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.
icetk 0.0.7 requires protobuf<3.19, but you have protobuf 4.24.3 which is incompatible.
