Abstraction for logging

Have an abstraction avoir logging to be sure NSLog is used on mac.

For example in AppUtil.

Would be nice to configure GTK logging to go throught this too: https://developer.gnome.org/glib/stable/glib-Message-Logging.html#g-log-set-handler .
