Command line jstalk doesn't know YES/NO, etc.

It seems the command line interface doesn't load class.js (JSCocoacController:277), as it's not contained in any bundle.

The next release of JSTalk isn't going to be using JSCocoa anymore, so this problem will sort of go away. I'm working on the Mocha branch for the next builds (and also thinking of looking at Apple's new bridging stuff that's in iOS 7 as well)
