Add English Translation for Conf/Journal `types`

Except for the target category (types.yml), everything else is in English.

For consistency, shall we translate the category names (conference/types.yml) into English? Or add extra English translation besides the Chinese names?

Roughly speaking, most of our users are chinese, displaying the category names first seems to be a better choice. While we can add an i18n option for various users if any maintainer is willing to add the feature.
