[Feature request] Resizable thread watcher and pushing replied threads to top

Allow the thread watcher these toggle options : [ ] resize thread watcher to only show certain number of threads (across all boards) [ ] push replied threads to the top of this list

This way you can minimize the eye sore of a large list and see which ones get replied to right away
