[Feature suggestion] Watched threads ignoring Filter?

Would it be possible to have Watched threads not get filtered? Sometimes generals that I follow get filtered due to having a specific word in the title, and even after I've found the thread and added it to the Thread Watcher, it's still hidden away due to the filter.
