Thread watcher
After installing the extension, the thread watcher gets reset and you lose all the previously watched threads. It would be nice if it imported them or if it warned that you'll lose them after installing the extension.
Threads watched in the native extension should be visible again if you re-enable the native extension. They aren't lost unless there's a bug on the native extension side. Importing native extension info would be a good feature, though.
