When players die don't move the positions

Just hide the dead players... or ghosty showing their roles?

'Hiding' is what a happens already, just don't move them. 'Ghosting' could be informative but #101 would make the Role information provided by ghosting unnecessary and thus allow you to keep a more tidy board as players are eliminated.
