ctrl+alt+key event not always triggered

ctrl+alt+[digits] / letters events not being fired every time. Tested on chrome and safari with the following key combinations: ctrl+alt+[1-6], ctrl+alt+[a-d].

+1 on this, key combinations using 'alt' do not fire the callback func .

I came here because the strg+alt+[anykey] combinations do not work at all under windows browsers only (firefox, chrome, edge, IE11), but do work with linux in firefox, chrome, opera.

Maybe the developer is s a linux user?
