Chrome store error

Running Chrome 34 on Win 8.1. I get an error in the Chrome store when trying to install... "This application is not supported on this computer. The following problems are detected."

No other message is displayed but there is a Continue button and it seems I can install it (and it also seems to work) - yet I'd like to know why I get the error.
