Crash Initializing game. Fabric 1.18.2

Open Gamerbolts opened this issue 3 years ago • 6 comments

Useful information to include:

  • Minecraft version 1.18.2
  • CC: Restitched version 1.100.6
  • Logs: These will be located in the logs/ directory of your Minecraft instance. Please upload them as a gist or directly into this editor.
  • Please send latest.log AND the appropriate crashlog,
  • Crash: https://pastebin.com/rgiSwQU1
  • Log https://pastebin.com/bKk3NE6f
  • Detailed reproduction steps: sometimes I can spot a bug pretty easily, but often it's much more obscure. The more information I have to help reproduce it, the quicker it'll get fixed.
  • This is my modpack I am creating. I am not knowledgeable with crash logs, and I saw it said Computecraft as the issue with Not Enough Crashes, so that is why I posted here. Thanks for any help.

can you re-upload to https://mclo.gs? it is the default option in PolyMC launcher (multimc but better) they do syntax highlighting

it looks like from what I can see, something is removing NightConfig,

Sure I will do that tomorrow. Turned off my PC for the night. I am building this modpack through the curse launcher.

I definitely recommend using PolyMC for building modpacks, (https://polymc.org), it has an built in mod downloader that automatically filters for your instance settings (MC version, modloader, and modloader version)

utilizing my modpack-template, just click "use template" and then click the gitpod button,

my template utilizes packwiz for building modpacks which is really great, as you can export to curseforge, modrinth (when they eventually release their launcher), and with my template, Multi/PolyMC and technic, and for fabric I recommend using Modrinth rather than curseforge, easier to search for mods there than curseforge,

log crash report

That is strange that our jar-in-jar'd dependency isn't working. It looks like you're on a recent Fabric loader version. I hope they didn't disable non-mod jar-in-jars.

Seems like it is only crashing when I have the newest Twilight Forest Alpha installed

Also I got the PolyMC launcher and ported my modpack. Problem is I can't figure out how to update mods. I can see where I can install them. But nowhere to show there is an update for them.

That's great info. It looks like Twilight Forest is jar-in-jaring night-config libraries also. It's the same version as us so I wouldn't expect there to be any issue. Possibly this is a Fabric Loader issue?
