ccminer 0.3 (mining HVC) not working @ all

Hi & thanks for your work. I'm mining HVC on a GTX 660 (GV-N660OC-2GD), Win 7 x64, nVidia Driver 335.23 on a pool. When launching ccminer 0.3 with my usual batch (just '-a heavy -v 512' + -o -O) I've got the regular DOS window opening till stratum message then nothing. It just freeze until I get a windows message saying cccminer doesn't work anymore & I've got to kill it. ccminer 0.1 is working well (0.2 'seems' more irregular so I'm sticking on 0.1), got between 3.5 and 3.9 M/h.

Yes much better. Running smoothly for some hours now.
