i have this irritating situation aswell since i recently installed a fresh win10 using RA on D drive now my dospox pure also autostarts almost everything... and picks the wrong...

i also experience issues with installations on D drive for example i install Slam Tilt Pinball and it runs flawless then after i shutdown the Win98 session and close RA...

well i solved the situation for me by using the new features as they are indended in the RA fashion of launching games. Dont handle you f.e. Win98se installation as...

*bump* it would be really great to have this as a feature for Games like X-Wing Alliance that require an installed Joystick. or if someone could recommend a workaround solution...
