ENHANCEMENT Avatar Support for White Background

I'm running my MagicMirror on an eInk display using inverted colors. It would be nice if there was a way to have MMM-Todoist use a white placeholder when displaying avatars on task assignments. I was able to accomplish this by replacing 1x1px.png with a white pixel.
