Reason for not merging grpc to pulsar-main

Hello @cbornet - Not sure what is the best way to reach out to you. Hence raising this as an issue. I was wondering if there is any reason why this repo is not merge to pulsar main repo ? You seem to have opted out of the merge and wanted to get your thinking behind the decision to not merge. There seems to be some benefit to proving a grpc server (especially when integrating with a service mesh thinking) ...

Hi @ananthc, I have actually proposed it but there hasn't been a lot of adhesion to that idea from the project members.
