Does not work on HAProxy 1.5.1

This patch is not getting loaded in HAPROXY 1.5.1. This patch has not been updated since 2013, not sure if its maintained but putting it out.

Hi, indeed, it's now deprecated and replaced by the "map" feature introduced with haproxy-1.5-dev20. Due to lack of time, I still don't have updated the page. I hope to find some during august.
