Add a 'Skip to board' button for keyboard users only.

add a skip button to change the focus directly to the board. this should help keyboard users only to start a phrase faster. this button should be hidden until the user press the first 'tab' key. the UI process should be: open cboard>press tab>the button should appear and be focused> 'enter' pressed? hide button and set focus to the grid.
