Add filtering to the board lists on the communicator builder

we need a filtering feature in order to simplify the search of public boards. We want to filter using the following criteria:

• Language
• Date
• Number of tiles
• Tags

As a future step, it would also be interesting to have "featured" boards, for example boards that are implementing standard layouts (e.g. Communikate), or boards provided by the cboard team.

Great idea and it is something I have struggled with - finding boards from other people that would give me ideas and also sharing boards with a title that might help people find them!! Thank you for this new proposed feature!
