No audio output/Unable to open Language settings on touchscreen operated on Android 11

Touchscreen i3TOUCH E-ONE [https://www.i3-technologies.com/en/products/touchscreens/i3touch-e-one/] is operated on Android 11. Cboard (web version) opens in its browser and Firefox, but there is no audio output when selecting symbols or clicking on the sentence input bar. When language settings are clicked to open, the loading icon is shown forever and the only way to go back is if the back button on the browser is clicked. The Cboard Android version is then downloaded from the following link: [https://apkpure.com/cboard-aac/com.unicef.cboard] and installed on the touchscreen and the same thing happens, no audio output and language settings won't open (loading forever).
