Lost new folder if device is offline or create API Board Fail

Step to Reproduce:

1. Log in
2. Turn Off the API
3. Create a folder
4. Turn on the API.
5. Create any type of tile.
6. Log-out and Log-in
7. Click the board created with the API turned Off > a Notification indicating that the board was lost should be displayed.
