Save spinner in navbar is not displayed when copying a public board

isSaving state is not seted again to false on createBoardsRecursively function. On Board.container.js

Also when the boards are creating with this function the navbar doesnt show the spinner .

For reproduce this issue, unlock>build>publicboards>choose One and press board information>Press the link of the board

A new tab will be open, copy the public board on your communicator. While the boards are beeing copy, the spinner doesnt appear on navbar.
