Adding Norwegian

Hi! I would like to help implement Norwegian, but I need help to know how. On Crowdin, it says Norwegian is 100% translated. Is it proofreading that is missing? If so, how can I do the proofreading? Also, I have installed Google's text-to-speech for Norwegian
